Deal me in please. It’s nice to see so many people in their 60s and 70s still doing it, once a musician always a musician I think. just a brief bio. i’m 76 years old been playing since I was nine and a one man band these days don’t put out a lot of songs but when I do, I put them on soundclick. Like.a lot of people I have a bedroom studio with fairly decent gear. Primarily an acoustic guitar/singer songwriter. I live in Central Gulf Coast, Florida. years ago, used to play out as a single duo and trio did a few radio television jingles. at this point, I think I’ll say howdy and glad to meet you all!
Dan Conter - MY KIND OF WOMAN
Hi y'all, I'm 65 and a retired musician, composer and audition judge, I've been in the music industry for a little over 40 years, I started young at 8 years old when I tried to pick up a rather heavy piano accordion, and started playing it, I couldn't play the bass notes, but I could play the right hand with no problems, and it was then that my father (a concert pianist) taught me the piano, and when I was old enough I went to the royal schools of music in London where I graduated the highest grade in classical music. Fast forward a few years after I left the music school, I started playing in oldies bands in the UK, (where I'm from), playing 50s and 60s old time rock & roll, then I taught myself the guitar, then the pedal steel, later in years I got in with a heavy metal band in the US, where I played synth, but after years of finger torture I started to get arthritis in my hands, and had to leave the band, so now? I just compose and record at my own pace, I can't do speed playing anymore, and I much prefer to slow down now and compose country, reggae, medium to slow rock, and of course slow ballads. This is my profile page on here:This is one of the Latin pieces I composed: MusaholicStudios - Vivid VivianMusaholicStudiosComposer, Musician #rock #ballads #hardRock #reggae #country #countryRock #gothicRock #gothicSymphonicRock MusaholicStudioshttps://www.soundclick.com/musaholicstudios
